Patriot Growth Capital acquires proven businesses, installs or backs the right professional leadership, and then holds and grows those companies for the long term. We underwrite each deal with a clear 5–7 year liquidity path for investors, but Patriot typically keeps a controlling stake well beyond that, compounding value across a portfolio of durable, cash-generative businesses.
