    We identify and acquire established e-commerce and consumer products businesses with $2M–$10M in EBITDA from retiring owners. Deals are funded through a combination of equity, SBA or conventional debt, and seller financing.

    Hire

    We recruit elite veteran families — the top 1% of military talent — through our strategic partnership with ATL Vets (Atlanta Veterans). These are battle-tested leaders who have commanded teams under the most demanding conditions on earth.

    Train

    Veteran families enter our rigorous 60-month operator training program featuring formal business education via ATL Vets and one-on-one mentorship from PGC partners. They learn every aspect of running a business: operations, P&L, sales, marketing, HR, and strategy.

    Scale

    Veteran operators execute a detailed value creation plan with A-Player support from the PGC team — expanding revenue, optimizing operations, building teams, and creating value for all stakeholders.

    Sell

    As veteran families prove their leadership and grow the business, they earn equity and the opportunity to acquire majority ownership — via MBO, SBA loan, or ESOP — becoming true business owners and changing their family trees forever.

    Reinvest

    Returns from successful exits are reinvested to acquire more businesses and train more veteran families. PGC donates 5% of proceeds to ATL Vets — creating a self-sustaining flywheel of veteran family empowerment and generational wealth.
