How It All Started
Patriot Growth Capital was born from a simple observation: every day, 10,000 baby boomers retire. Many of them own thriving small businesses with no succession plan. At the same time, thousands of highly trained military veteran families transition out of service each year — leaders forged in the most demanding environments on earth, looking for their next mission.
We saw the connection. The "Silver Tsunami" of retiring business owners represents over $10 trillion in business value at risk of disappearing. Veteran families represent the most capable, disciplined, and mission-driven talent pool in the world.
PGC bridges that gap. We acquire proven businesses from retiring owners, recruit elite veteran families, and train them over 60 months to lead, grow, and ultimately own these companies — changing their family trees forever.
