Patriot Growth Capital is a veteran-led holding company that builds and owns great businesses for the long term, with private-equity discipline and Berkshire-style patience — all in service of changing veteran family trees through business.
How It All Started
Patriot Growth Capital was born from a simple observation: every day, 10,000 baby boomers retire. Many of them own thriving small businesses with no succession plan. At the same time, thousands of highly trained military veteran families transition out of service each year — leaders forged in the most demanding environments on earth, looking for their next mission.
We saw the connection. The "Silver Tsunami" of retiring business owners represents over $10 trillion in business value at risk of disappearing. Veteran families represent the most capable, disciplined, and mission-driven talent pool in the world.
PGC bridges that gap. We acquire proven businesses from retiring owners, recruit elite veteran families, and train them over 60 months to lead, grow, and ultimately own these companies — changing their family trees forever.

ATL Vets & the 5% Give-Back
Advancing the Line for Veterans (ATLVets.org) is our three-year-old nonprofit that has already served over 30,000 people in workforce and entrepreneurship programs. It is the front door of our "From Service to Ownership" system — where veteran families first see what's possible for their family tree.
Patriot Growth Capital donates 5% of what we earn from each company we own to ATL Vets so the work continues even if we're not here. This 5% comes from Patriot's share of profits, not from investor returns or company-level obligations. We tie the nonprofit to the for-profit so that what we say is important — changing veteran family trees — is funded to continue even if we're gone.
