Acquire
We buy durable, cash-generative businesses (typically $2–10M EBITDA, internet-enabled) from founders and retiring owners, building the asset base that veteran families can one day own a piece of.

Install / Back Management
We retain or recruit the right professional leaders to run and grow each company. Veteran families are not dropped into CEO seats on day one — we protect the business, the lender, the investors, and the families by putting the right people in the right roles.

Run the Practical MBA Ownership Path
We hire veteran families as W-2 employees into real roles and put them through a 60-month Practical MBA under the leadership team we back or hire, so they learn the language, systems, and strategy of that specific business from the inside.

Facilitate Ownership Transfer
After roughly 10,000 hours inside the business, they can step confidently into business ownership. We then structure the sale of a minority stake to the veteran family at fair market value, so they become true owners of an income-producing asset they actually understand — an asset that can start to change their family tree.

Offer Liquidity Options
Each deal is designed with a realistic 5–7 year window to grow earnings and create liquidity options for investors and, where appropriate, veteran families, without forcing a sale if it isn't mathematically right. That lets everyone participate in the upside while still building long-term stability for their families.

Patriot typically keeps a controlling stake, continues to own and improve the business, and reinvests proceeds into the next acquisition — compounding value across a long-term holding company and changing more veteran family trees with each deal.

We're not asking you to bet the house or become an instant CEO. In our model, you come in as a W-2 employee with a real job, are trained inside a proven business through a 60-month Practical MBA, and then have the chance to buy a piece of the business you already understand. Role in the org chart and ownership on the cap table are separate decisions — and both are designed to help change your family tree in a sustainable way.
We also remove two common hurdles that keep good people stuck:
"I don't want to be an entrepreneur."
You don't have to be. You're a W-2 inside a proven business, with the option to own a piece later.
"My spouse will kill me if I buy a business I don't understand."
