The Selection Process
Our selection process is rigorous. We evaluate candidates across all five dimensions through:
- In-depth interviews and case studies
- Leadership assessments and simulations
- Reference checks with military and civilian contacts
- Cultural fit evaluations with our team
We typically accept fewer than 5% of applicants. The bar is high because the stakes are high — these veteran families will be leading real businesses with real employees and real customers.
